Former Rwandan government minister Nyiramasuhuko convicted of genocide

Scottish man sentenced over ‘grossly offensive’ joke on YouTube

Wednesday, April 25, 2018 On Monday, Mark Meechan of Scotland was fined GBP800 for a joke video he posted on YouTube. He was found guilty of being "grossly offensive" in violation of the Communications Act of 2003 on March 20.
